The fourth annual Aberdeen City and Shire Tourism Awards are taking place on Friday 25th November 2016 at the prestigious Ardoe House Hotel and Spa on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
The purpose of the awards is to celebrate and recognise excellence in the regions’ hospitality and tourism sectors.
These awards recognise and reward the ‘best of the best’ tourism businesses of all sizes throughout Aberdeen City and Shire
If you are involved in our region’s tourism industry then these awards are for you! There is a category suitable for every size of tourism business in our region. We encourage businesses to be proud of their achievements and to share ideas and best practice by taking part in the programme and entering our award categories.
The Aberdeen City and Shire Tourism Awards will be held in the Ardoe House Hotel and Spa on Friday 25th November 2016. We expect over 300 guests for the gala dinner and award presentations followed by an evening of entertainment and dancing.
Dress code for the evening will be black tie. The celebrations start with a drinks reception at 6:45pm immediately followed by dinner. The awards will then be presented and the evening will finish with dancing until 1:00am.
We are delighted to confirm our charity partner for this year will be Befriend A Child who do excellent work supporting children and young people growing up in difficult life circumstances across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. They help them to achieve their full potential and develop into confident and competent adults. To support this excellent charity we will be asking all guests for a voluntary £10 donation towards our Heads & Tails event on the evening with some fantastic prizes available.
